a little about me
hiya! I’m shay, a freestyling babe and a professional wiggler. I started teaching in 2019 and immediately I found a deep joy in sharing what I know with others. I’ve performed, competed, taught and danced as my main for many years now. my movement focuses on free flow freestyle, heels choreo that slows down time, basework tricks that drip like honey, and aerial tricks where intention meets control. safety and technique are first in all my teachings and second above all else is finding movements that feel the best for you and your body. I’m proud of all the humans, every day, that continue to dance and learn this really hard (but so rewarding) thing. you all are what keeps me dancing because sharing this love of movement with you is absolutely my purpose.
